I specifically gave instructions NOT to grill or toast the sandwich and got this! if you don't want to follow instructions at least say so on your Zomato page!

=== Best Sandwiches === Chicken Katsu Sando Steakwich Shrimp Po’boy Banh Mi Chicken Katsu Sando Panko is a special Japanese bread crumb thats made by electrocuting dough between two metal plates. This results in crumbs that are 10x crisper and they stay crisp hours after frying. The chicken is liberally coated in panko, deep fried and doused in combo of Worcestershire & Oyster Sauce called Tonkatsu. This makes for a sour, salty & umami filled crunchy bite. Soft thick slices of milk bread & creamy coleslaw round out the sandwich. There's enough to fill your tummy and it lasts well in the fridge for next morning. This is a modern take on the Japanese Katsu (fried chicken), customised for the fast food culture of our times. Its value for money and a unique flavour profile for most Indians. But the Chef needs to lower the salt levels. Steakwich After the saffronisation of meat, I saw the rare Brazilian steakhouses in Mumbai close their shutters and leave. The buffalo was just not a tender enough substitute and ironically Indian’s were cut off despite being the world’s largest producer of good quality meat. Somehow, by hook or crook the steakwich brings back the good old days. The meat is juicy, tender and perfectly portioned into bite sized cuts coated in a bright chimichuri sauce. Italian white bread crowns this king of meat. If you’ve been craving, the chef has made a miracle happen. Shrimp Po’boy Lemony hot sauce decadently coat the large pop-in-your-mouth juicy shrimp. Captured between bread of the gods. The quantity and price make it absolutely value for money and this is my favourite dish on the menu. Banh Mi Its a light bao with south east asian flavours - chilli, soy, pickles between steamed white bread. The chicken is a little spongy and the bread absorbs moisture quickly so you can’t keep it overnight. Very filling though and a good alternative to those avoiding spicy food.
