We ordered dal fry , jeera rice and surmai thali, prawns fry. The prawns had no taste. Jeera rice too much jeera in it. It ruined the taste. Rest all dishesh were average Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I visited December 21 st 2024 to this worst hotel I have visited with family and kids ordered biryani and fried rice and curd Rice I will give here the rating for the food is 10/0.01 And staff also very rude they will talk like any thing with customers no respect to customers My strong suggestion is don’t go this worst hotel.Road side food is better than this hotel Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

*1/5 - Extremely Disappointing Experience* Unacceptable Service and Unprofessional Staff Rating: 1/5 I recently had the misfortune of staying at [9 Kitchen ] and was thoroughly disappointed with the subpar service and appalling behavior of the staff. Despite the hotel's promising appearance, the experience was marred by: *Issues Encountered:* 1. Unfriendly and uncooperative front desk staff. 2. Unkempt rooms with poor housekeeping. 4. Unresponsive and unhelpful management. 5. Rude and dismissive attitude from staff when concerns were raised. *Specific Incidents:* - Requested extra towels, but they never arrived. - Complained about room cleanliness, but no action was taken. - Staff argued with me when I asked for a room change. *Conclusion:* Avoid 9 kitchen near mopa airport at all costs. The staff's lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction made my stay unbearable.
