"I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service and food quality at your restaurant. The staff and management were unprofessional and uncooperative. We encountered significant issues with our order: the Veg Kadhai was served without gravy, and the Veg Kolhapuri was served dry. Despite the food not being prepared correctly, the staff refused to cancel the order or rectify the mistakes. Ultimately, we were charged 841rs without having eaten anything. This felt like a complete scam, and I am highly disappointed by this experience."

I rarely gives a negative review but they really made me to do this.Actually they are able to run their business just because there is no competition else I think they will not have a single customerwe ordered veg Noodles and from just appearance they were looking just boiled salted noodles so even without tasting we asked the waiter that please take it back and add some spices into it but he said you have to informed us prior, but our assumption was that it is will definitely have some salt and spice . But nevertheless if you are in hospitality line you can say rudely that you need to inform us prior even you didn’t went to kitchen to at least ask you chef more than the dish we are disappointed with waiter behavior. For me I think out of more then 1000 restaurants visit it is worst experience till today Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes

I went to this restaurant for a dinner along with family, but came return without having anything due to misbehaviour of staff. No hospitality, no humanity,no manners about how to treat customer & how to talk with customer. Very disappointing. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
