The taste is not at all like it used to be and sponge is not soft and the cream is also wierd. This is my 1st really bad experience with 7 heaven

One of the most third grade and low quality cake i have received. Looking at the rating and comments i though it must be good atleast what is expected. But it turned out to be disaster.
They sent out a local foam cake instead of coffee cake which was ordered.
And i just was not able to manage the last minute surprise. Thanks but no thanks !!!! You guys should be banned from doing business like this !

Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience from 7th Heaven. Who gives opened box and one pastry broken and small and other flavour pastry large. Cupcakes not mentioned as mini cupcakes. waste of money
