Extremely unhygienic and unsafe. I bought a pizza from here and while eating it at home, I found a live worm crawling inside,The pizza was hot so I believe the worm was from sachets that they gave along with pizza. It was shocking and disgusting. This is not the first time—previously, I had bought a cake from the same shop and found a hair in it. Two back-to-back experiences like this show that proper hygiene and food safety are completely ignored here. I strongly advise others to avoid this place until they improve their standards. We got keeda(worms walking alive on pizza). What worst can you expect. Unfortunately, we got to notice it only after having 2-3 slices. Now, we feel liking vomiting. 7th heaven should work excessively towards their hygiene. This was our 2nd worst experience. Definately we are going to take a legal recourse if they don't address the issue promptly and adequately. Service: Takeaway

WORST EXPERIENCE at 7th Heaven – Purnea (The Slice, Bhatta Bazar) Date: 26th July 2025 Location: Khiru Chowk, Maliyabari Road, Purnea This is not just a review — this is a serious warning to everyone who values hygiene and respectful customer service. We ordered two pizzas — Margherita and Veggie Lover — from 7th Heaven Purnea for takeaway. We started eating them and had already finished almost half when suddenly we noticed something disgusting inside the pizza: A LIVE WORM was crawling under the cheese. The shock, fear, and nausea we felt in that moment is hard to put into words. We immediately took photos and videos of the worm and tried to contact the restaurant — but guess what? No response at all. And unfortunately, this wasn’t even our first bad experience with them. In a previous order, we found a hair inside a cake. When we raised the issue, instead of accepting responsibility, the owner blamed us, spoke very rudely, and acted like we were making false complaints. Yes, they gave a refund back then, but the tone was disrespectful and insulting. This kind of repeated carelessness is not only disgusting, it's dangerous to health. It shows zero hygiene practices, zero accountability, and zero customer respect. We trusted this place, especially because of their branding — but this experience shows the reality behind the kitchen. This is not how a food business should be run. I’m sharing this publicly to warn others: Think twice before ordering from 7th Heaven, Purnea. Your health and dignity are not safe here.
