Indian decor blending with the concept of international vegetarian cuisine! The menu card and the tasteful table mats deserve special mention. A cursory glance at the menu card reveals that apart from traditional Indian cuisine an attempt has been made to cover Oriental, Mexican(TexMex), Continental - you name it. The last page devoted to pronouncing the exotic dishes!:) The Hungarian Krokett being the 'Crow cat' for eg. Was tempted to try Vegetarian Spanish Paella! If such a thing exists!:) Or a ragout!:))
In keeping with the multi cuisine flavour an attempt was made to try a variety of items. A hot and sour soup was tried with Charcoal grilled mushrooms. The soup was really delicious and the grilled mushrooms perfectly done. The stuffing was spicy and delectable. The mains - an attempt will be made to describe the dish leaving the reader to check out 650 and guess!:). Shaped like a Quesadilla, cut into 4 parts, stuffed with 'hash browns' and loads of cheese with a unique, spicy, chilli masala.. Please find out for yourselves..
Unfortunately the richness of the dishes and an indifferent appetite didn't permit Sunshine and FZ to try out the vast range of desserts on offer.
The ambience is very good and befits a high end restaurant. The location too is v good and a vastly varied menu - considering the restrictions imposed by vegetarianism, a very brave attempt at covering the Globe!
Cheers!!
