The terrific staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. This place is remarkable for its nice service. Based on the reviewers' opinions, prices are attractive. I recently visited 21 Buns Hamburger Restaurant, and my experience was a bit of a mixed bag. The atmosphere was casual and inviting, which I appreciated, making it a nice spot to hang out with friends. The menu had a decent variety of burgers, and I was excited to try one of their signature options. When my burger arrived, it looked great, but I found the flavor to be just average. It was good, but it didn’t quite stand out compared to other burger places I’ve been to. The patty was cooked well, but I felt it could have used a bit more seasoning to really elevate the taste. The toppings were fresh, which was a plus, but overall, I was hoping for a bit more punch in flavor. The service was friendly, and the staff was attentive, which made the experience pleasant. However, the wait time for our food was longer than expected, especially since the restaurant wasn’t too busy at the time. In summary, 21 Buns has potential with its cozy vibe and friendly service, but the burgers could use a little more flair to make them truly memorable. I might give it another shot in the future, but I’ll be on the lookout for something that really wows me! Zero marks for cleanliness and service and also saw strange practices while billing . There were house flies around and was alighting on the food. We needed an extra straw and the waiter who was cutting meat, went into the kitchen and picked up a straw and gave it to us without washing his hands. Out of the total bill, we were asked to pay a majority into one account and a smaller portion into another account and no bill was printed. All together a bad experience.
