Worst experience ever. First of all, the order was not packed properly. The pizza slices were placed one over another, which completely spoiled the presentation. I’ve eaten here before and the pizza tasted good, but this time even the taste was disappointing. Overall, the quality has gone down badly. Really disappointed with this experience. Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Visited on 31st Jan..worst service...person who take the order even dnt know anything about the menu ....vesy slow service.. Food was not that bad..gud one.. But service was pathetic...will never visit again And when come the bill shocked to see additional service charge 7.5% other than gst...so total 12.5% tax...if ur bill is 1000 then 125 rs extra... This was our 4th visit to 1441 because we really like this place, but today the service was extremely disappointing. As soon as we entered, the pizza was served quickly, but no plates were provided until we had to call the manager. The biggest surprise was that ₹48 was added to our bill as optional service charges without informing us. When we questioned it, we were told it was our mistake. Very poor service experience today. If you are planning to visit, please carefully check your bill before making the payment. The taste is good, but the service needs serious improvement.
