I ordered basanti pulao with mutton kosha combo, when i receive my order there is only mutton kosha available without pulao, Is it the nature of Paanch phoron's to give half order delivery?

Very Bad service. They take order form me for lunch i was very hunger that day i waiting 20 min for lunch finally i leave without take lunch. They don't care me staff busy with gossip. very bad experience.
